We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our high-performing Commercial function based in our Foodora Denmark team. Foodora Denmark operates as a part of 9 different country organizations and is supported by a regional leadership team from Delivery Hero Europe based out of Berlin. In this position you will be point of contact for our biggest key vendors and responsible for managing, developing and collaborating with the biggest restaurant chains across Denmark.
Varied job responsibilities include meeting clients and representing the company, customer satisfaction strategy creation and support, sales goal creation and follow up, developing pricing strategy, forecasting, supporting and participating customer meetings.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key vendors needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Identify vendors that have potential to benefit from our additional products and formulate an action plan with vendor and internal stakeholders to improve order generation
Ability to formulate an action plan with vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of the vendor in our platform
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and reporting according to customer needs and objectives
Active and versatile utilization of data to support sales and business development of your own customer portfolio
Supporting partner restaurants in business development with the help of our service in the best possible way, e.g. by selling additional service solutions
Proven track-record as Key Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field (eg. Business Administration, Sales)
5+ years of Sales experience
Experience with customer relations management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Ability to interpret and analyze data and its use in sales work
Experience in partnership development and providing solutions based on customers needs
Excellent organizational understanding and skills
Experience with negotiation
Experience with working in a CRM-tool is a big plus (e.g. SalesForce)
You master danish & english on a high level - both verbal and written
