What we offer
A position where the sky is the limit, and where we expect you to take ownership and responsibility. Within a few months you will take the whole responsibility for our reporting to HQ which includes P&L, balance, KPIs’ forecast and cashflow forecast.
The finance department consist today of 3 employees plus you. The goal is to constantly optimize our process to enable our stakeholder to deliver better results and take better decisions. The goal is that the finance department consist of motivated individuals who enjoys learning, working, and growing together. As you take on the responsibility for the reporting a lot of your close colleagues will be located at our HQ in Berlin.
We have just implemented a whole new tech platform with integrations to SAP, SalesForce and tableau as BI tool. Now the challenge is to ensure we use all possibilities in the new platform, and we optimize and develop our internal process towards all stakeholders.
Your monthly tasks can be dived into two parts: The first part of month you will be focusing on month end closing and reporting. The second half of the month you time will be spent towards driving different project and analysis within and outside finance.
Your ability to take control, ensure the deadlines are kept and the finance function continuously are improving will allow the CFO to spend more time helping the managing director drive the business towards greater success.
What we are looking for
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent, e.g. “HD regnskab”) within economics or business administration, combined with minimum 3 years of relevant experience from a finance position (e.g. Financial Controller) and preferable more.
In addition, you:
- Want to be the best in your area of expertise, and you enjoy working with individuals who strive towards the same.
- Excellent ERP skills and able to work hands on with the systems. (Experience with SAP is advantages)
- Being process oriented, able to work independently and ability of getting your tasks done within the agreed time-frames.
- Natural curiosity, passionate about learning and a desire to understand the business
- Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
- Enjoy helping and teaching your colleagues.
- Speak and write English fluently
